What documents do I
need?
- Salary Certificate, P60 and 3 up to date pay
slips

If self-employed PTSB Accountants Report
- 6 months up to date (within the last 6 months)
current account statements for each application on the
mortgage.
- Fully completed application form with purchase price,
amount required, property address and all applicants
personal details.
- If stage payments are required, then the relevant
stage payment forms and a copy of the Architects
Professional Indemnity cover.
- Evidence of balance of funds.
- Signed application for credit (included in the
application form booklet)
- Photo ID and address verification (passport,
driver's licence, utility bill etc.
